Debra Bailey, CAE
President & CEO

Serves as Chief Executive of the association, and is responsible for the fiscal management of the association, as well as directing staff activities, office operations, and communication with officers. Coordinates with contract lobbyist as needed.  Also serves as CFO for the Oklahoma Restaurant Association.
Patti Colley, IOM, CMP
Chief Strategy Officer

Directs activities surrounding association meetings and events. Responsible for Strategic Partnerships/sponsorships, marketing collaborations, and industry relations. Also serves as CSO for the Oklahoma Restaurant Association and the Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association.
Jillian Coursey
Manager, Training & Accounting

Manages all ServSafe® sanitation training classes and other educational training opportunities and materials. Assists CEO with association accounting, accounts payables/receivables.
Linda Etherton
Director, Convention

Responsible for association graphic design projects, as well as exhibitor relations. Also serves as Director, Convention of the Oklahoma Restaurant Convention & Expo.
Collin Graham
Director, Membership

Primary contact for the industry as it relates to member enrollment, retention, research and discount program enrollment, as well as Alcohol Compliance Training and regulatory and operational research for members. Directs activities surrounding the development of preferred member programs.

 
Jim Hopper
Oklahoma Restaurant Association President & CEO

Represents industry views and interests before state legislative and regulatory agencies. Coordinates with contract lobbyist. 

Theresa Martin
Manager, Meetings & Events

Primary member contact for event registration. Assists CSO in managing association meetings and events. 
Cameryn Rose
Manager, Communications & Marketing

Initiates and manages all industry communications including the Advance newsletter, Destinations e-blasts, social media, web content, public relations, and advertising. advertising and photography.


 
Chandy Rice, CAE
Director, Education

Directs Hospitality Student programs including Hospitality Tourism Management Program and ProStart®, the nationally recognized culinary and hospitality certifications in high schools and technology centers within the state, as well as OSU HTM. Works to provide job placement and mentoring activities within the industry. Is the primary point of contact for activities involving the Oklahoma Hospitality Foundation.

Coordinator, Sonic/ServSafe®

Maintains all records for Sonic/ServSafe® classes and coordinates Alcohol Compliance Education “ACE” training classes.

Help Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities include answering phones, member communication, bookkeeping, and data entry.

The dates and featured chefs for Odyssey de Culinaire 2019 have been set! The first dinner will be Thursday, July 18 at the River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, and the second dinner will be Thursday, July 25 at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel in Oklahoma City. We hope to see you at one or both of these unique dinners benefitting the Oklahoma ProStart® program!

The Oklahoma Travel Industry Association will once again partner with Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell to produce the 2019 Lt. Governor's Travel & Tourism Summits, which will be held around the state. Each half-day program provides tourism education featuring speakers covering a range of topics on best practices to promote tourism in your region, and includes a townhall-type discussion by the Lt. Governor on tourism development in each of the areas visited around the state.

Delegates from the Oklahoma Travel Industry Association met with U.S. Senator James Lankford in Washington D.C. regarding travel and tourism issues during the U.S. Travel Association's Destination Capitol Hill. The event brings travel leaders from across the country to educate policymakers about the power of travel. The program combines a legislative day on Capitol Hill with advocacy training, guest speakers and peer-to-peer networking. Destination Capitol Hill provides delegates with an opportunity to learn about upcoming legislation that impacts travel, network with peers and meet with members of Congress to stress the importance of travel as an economic driver.
