Debra Bailey, CAE
President & CEO

Serves as Chief Executive of the association, and is responsible for the fiscal management of the association, as well as directing staff activities, office operations, and communication with officers. Coordinates with contract lobbyists as needed.  Also serves as CFO for the Oklahoma Restaurant Association.
Patti Colley, IOM, CMP
Chief Strategy Officer

Responsible for communicating the association’s mission and elevating its brand. Directs industry relations and Strategic Partnership Marketing initiatives, as well as marketing collaborations. Oversees activities surrounding association meetings and events. Also serves as Chief Strategy Officer of the Oklahoma Restaurant Association and the Oklahoma Hotel & Lodging Association.

Director, ORA Expo

Responsible for association exhibitor relations.
Collin Graham
Director, Membership

Primary contact for the industry as it relates to member enrollment, retention, research, and discount program enrollment, as well as Alcohol Compliance Training and regulatory and operational research for members. Directs activities surrounding the development of preferred member programs.

 
Karlie Hart
Manager, Communications & Marketing

Initiates and manages all industry communications including the Oklahoma Restaurateur magazine, and all online communications including Ala Carte E-news and social media. Also manages web content, marketing, advertising, and photography.

Roberta Helsley
Manager, Education

Manages member educational experiences and speaker/facilitator considerations. Brings together industry with the classroom through Oklahoma ProStart and HospitAblities student programs which foster careers in hospitality, culinary arts, and restaurant management.
Jim Hopper
Oklahoma Restaurant Association President & CEO

Represents industry views and interests before state legislative and regulatory agencies. Coordinates with contract lobbyist.

Manager, Meetings & Events

Primary member contact for event registration. Assists CSO in managing association meetings and events. 
Elizabeth Sanchez
Manager, Member Care

Elizabeth oversees member fulfillment including member and nonmember databases, dues billings and collection, retention programs and endorsed partner relations.

The RedBud Awards Ceremony is an annual event held by the Oklahoma Travel Industry Association recognizing Oklahoma tourism attractions, destination marketing organizations and journalists for their outstanding efforts to serve and promote Oklahoma's tourism industry. The 2021 RedBud Awards is brought to you by Edmond Electric. Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell will emcee the awards recognizing outstanding marketing efforts by leading organizations from across the state. Attractions, CVBs, Chambers of Commerce, ad agencies, event managers and regional marketing organizations will compete for the coveted "RedBud Award," honoring the latest, greatest, and most unique marketing strategies from across the state of Oklahoma. The awards represent the highest honor given in the Oklahoma tourism industry. The event is hosted by Visit Edmond and the Edmond Conference Center. The luncheon will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn/Edmond Conference Center.

Red Bud Award Submissions Are Now Closed

Submissions are now closed for the RedBud Awards, an annual program recognizing Oklahoma tourism attractions, destination marketing organizations and journalists for their outstanding efforts to serve and promote Oklahoma's tourism industry. Multiple judges from different backgrounds will be judging the RedBud submissions and no extension will be made to the entry deadline due to judging schedules. The date for the Award presentation will be announced in the coming weeks.
